退款政策

At OZTOI MARKETING, we are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Cancellation by Participant

 

  • 7+ Days Before Course Start:
    A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date.

  • Within 3–6 Days of Course Start:
    A 50% refund will be provided if you cancel between 3 to 6 days before the course begins.

  • Within 48 Hours of Course Start or No-Show:
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date, or in the event of a no-show.

     

2. Course Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking once to a future date (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Requests made within 72 hours are at the discretion of OZTOI MARKETING.

3. Cancellation by OZTOI MARKETING

In the rare case that we cancel or reschedule a course (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment):

  • You will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date at no extra cost.
     

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Please include your full name, course title, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Digital products, templates, or recorded course content delivered immediately upon purchase are non-refundable.

  • Custom training sessions or 1:1 coaching booked outside of standard course offerings are non-refundable once delivered.
